MUSIC INSPIRED ART LIVE POSTER
Jamie recently broke the world record for largest hand-painted poster... ok, so thats not true but its still bloody huge, go check it! Heres a word from the man himself...
Over the weekend I completed a huge hand painted billboard as part of the Becks Music Inspired Art Programme, It covers the front of the Foundry in Old street, a super high profile spot. It took about 20 hours and though a challenge, was alot of fun!, the smooth white surface taking the thick colour like a dream, its up for 2 weeks, Thanks to Matt, and all involved !

During a photo shoot, so much emphasis is placed on the perfect shot and often it is such a small second in time when this takes place. As set-designers, we wanted to explore the beauty surrounding this moment by celebrating the enormous anticipation and frantic but methodical work that goes into setting up a photo shoot and also the aftermath; the moment of calm reflection when the shoot has been wrapped. For this project, the action shot; the noisy, colourful, sparkly, messy explosion of balloons, party-poppers, glitter cannons and paint tubes making up The Photography Annual’s ‘P’ is missing.
